If you are looking for a way to eat up those veggies in your refrigerator, this Veggie Pizza is the answer! It is so versatile that really anything goes. You can use brocolli and cauliflower, carrots, zucchinni, cucumbers, whatever you have on hand. And no worries about making a crust. Just grab a couple of cans of store-bought crescent rolls and your ready to go! The dressing is super simple too, and for extra flavor I love to add in a bit of fresh dill! I make this veggie pizza as an appetizer whenever we have guests because it can be made so quickly and usually have everything on hand. But it also makes a healthy lunch or snack too!
