Quick Baked Feta Pasta With Balsamic Glaze "Jersey Girl Knows Best
Do you love pasta, roasted tomatoes and feta cheese?! Have you tried the latest internet food craze, baked feta pasta?! Me too and I love it! This version adds a bit more flavor with an added bonus...balsamic glaze! Ready?! Let's do this!
Unlike the internet version, I used crumbled feta which melted faster and more evenly. I added in some other spices and fresh parsley on top.
I used elbow macaroni pasta, but you can use any pasta used like and it will taste great! Since the feta was crumbled, it spreads better throughout the dish.
This dish is delicious as is and it will not disappoint! The flavors are Mediterranean and a Vegetarians dream. I think if you add grilled chicken or steak it would make it a meat lovers dream as well.
Now for the "icing on the cake", the balsamic drizzle! The sweet vinegar taste boosts this dish to the next level! I could eat this dish once a week at least. It is so savory and it really hits the spot. I hope you try the recipe and share it with your family and friends!

What is meant by ‘sugar data’?
I'd like to make this, but will obviously have to wing it, as the recipe is very confusing. As Fran asked, what is "sugar data"? Where does the balsamic glaze come from? How many ounces is a container of crumbled feta (or preferably, how many Tbsp or cups).
