This is a super simple desert idea which I’m sure you will love making over and over again.
It’s the easiest treat I know and it’s so unbelievably delicious!
Combine roasted hazelnuts (or roasted almonds) with dark chocolate and you have got the best heathy treat ever!
Super crunchy and dangerously addictive! In Italy we make these nutty chocolate bites all the time especially during the Christmas holidays but I personally make it every time I need a quick dessert!
These chocolate bites are super easy and a great quick dessert!
I always make some with roasted hazelnuts and some with roasted almonds.
So crunchy!

Recipe details
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 100gr roasted hazelnuts ( roasted almonds are great too)
- 80gr dark chocolate
Instructions
Method
- If you can’t find already roasted hazelnuts, they are very easy to make. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15/20 minutes.
- In the meantime melt the chocolate. My favourite way is to use a little pan inside a bigger pan with hot water.
- Once the hazelnuts are out of the oven it will be very easy to peal off the skin. Add them in melted chocolate, mix well so they are well covered in chocolate and create little clusters with a spoon & transfer on a tray with parchment paper.
- In the fridge for a couple of hours and your delicious treat is ready!
- I also love to offer these treats as edible gifts in some little transparent gift bags with a little ribbon.
