How to make Potato Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°.In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter, sugar and vanilla extract.

Add in crushed potato chips and pecans.

Stir in flour.

Form cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Flatten dough with the bottom of a cup dipped in sugar.

    Potato chips??? No way. You fooled me last time with adding salted peanuts to choc chip cookies! I won't be fooled again!

      I've made potato chip cookies for a Christmas cookie exchange when I was in my 20s.(I'm in my 50s now). Oml, they were delicious and the recipe was requested by people who weren't doing the exchange. It didn't call for chocolate chips but that would make them even better.
