Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 eggs
- handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- butter or oil to cook the eggs in
Instructions
- Heat pan then add oil or butter
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then pour into the pan
- Stir slowly until you reach desired consistency
- Serve & enjoy!
