Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 eggs
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • butter or oil to cook the eggs in
Instructions

Heat pan then add oil or butter
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then pour into the pan
Stir slowly until you reach desired consistency
