My kids love pizza pockets, but they can get pricey. These pizza pockets are so easy to make, and my kids prefer them to the real things!
They are easy, so kids can even help make them. We use the air fryer, but you can also bake them in an oven. They freeze well, so we make several of them when puff pastry is on sale and freeze them for later.
You can change the flavors easily and add different ingredients or even make ham and cheese pockets or even mini meatball pockets.
I have some tips for baking and freezing on my blog post.
