I never heard or knew of this recipe until I met my husband, apparently it’s been a staple for Thanksgiving and Christmas forever in their family and 35 years later I’ve made it every year, it’s just that good.

Nothing fancy and seriously easy.

In a large mixing bowl empty one can of crème style corn

And one can whole kernel corn, not drained

One box of jiffy corn muffin mix

One stick melted butter

One egg

And 8 oz sour creme

Mix it all together and pour into a 9x13 pan, bake 1 hour at 350 or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean

It’s a great side dish for any occasion!
