Blushing Rose Fizz Cocktail/Mocktail

This is a gorgeous and refreshing fizzy drink that is perfect for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Bubbly champagne with the effervescent floral notes or rose and elderflower make this the ultimate feminine drink. I’m sharing my recipe for my Blushing Rose Fizz Cocktail or Mocktail below. Blushing Rose Fizz Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Fresh raspberries
- Champagne (measure with your heart)
- Rose water (1 jigger)
- Splash of St Germain Elderflower
- Rose petals
(makes 1 glass)
Directions:
- Start by adding a few fresh raspberries to the bottom of your glass.
- Pour a generous amount of champagne (Measure with your heart)
- Add about 1 jigger of rose water and a splash of St Germain Elderflower.
- Top with fresh rose petals.
To make the non-alcoholic version
Blushing Rose Fizz Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Fresh raspberries
- Belvoir Farms Elderflower and Rose Presse
- Rose petals
- Optional – if you want to make it a little sweeter add a splash of elderflower cordial
(makes 1 glass)
Directions:
- Start by adding a few fresh raspberries to the bottom of your glass.
- Fill the glass with Belvoir Farms Elderflower and Rose Presse.
- Optional – add a splash of elderflower cordial to make a little sweeter.
- Top with fresh rose petals.
