Lo Mein Noodles
Recipe details
Ingredients
Ingredients
- Stir fry beef
- lo mein noodles
- stir fry veggies
- corn starch
- kinders teriyaki sauce
- soy sauce
- Chili crunch
- minced garlic
- crushed red pepper flakes
- black pepper
- paprika
- sriracha
Instructions
Step 1)
- start off by prepping your meat, I used wagyu beef! I already got it pre cut to save me some time!
- in your grocery store you can ask for stir fry meat and they will know what to give you/look for
- 1tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt & garlic powder
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
- mix all the ingredients
- add some oil into your pan, I used olive oil
- once your oil and pan are hot throw in your beef in!
- I also added minced garlic 2-3 cloves
- 1 tsp momofuku chili crunch
step 2)
- while your meat is cooking start boiling those noodles in a separate pan!
- youll also need a stir fry kit, for me it’s easier to buy a bag full of steamable veggies rather than having to buy a bunch of different veggies !
- Veggies I used: broccoli, carrots, cabbage and snow peas
- Once you notice your meat being cooked throw in the veggies with your meat and put the lit over and let those veggies get translucent.
Step 3)
- the magic sauce !!!
- 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- sprinkled more red chili flakes
- drain your noodles and combine them with your meat and veggies
Tips
- Keep 1 cup of pasta water to add to your sauce so it can thicken !
