- 4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cut potatoes into small cubes
- Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet with parchment paper on it
- Toss the potatoes in the olive oil and seasonings
- Put in the oven and cook until golden and crispy
