Easy Delicious Limber🇵🇷
Easy delicious Limber🇵🇷
(Coconut Ice)
As a little girl when I went to my grandmother's house in Puerto Rico, she always had Limber in her freezer. She had all the flavors, orange, chocolate, mango, pineapple, cherry, tamarind, passion fruit, strawberry, and many many more. My favorite of all was the coconut, she made it from scratch but this is an accessible version. My grandma used coconut chunks, different milks, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans. Oh what unforgettable memories those were, I miss her dearly. I’m happy I am able to share this with you, hope you make it and try it. It’s so easy and delicious, your kids will love it. Now, I know you have to be saying “lactose-free milk?”🤭 yes! Not only I can’t use regular milk, but the combination of milk, and the sweetness came out incredibly good. That’s optional but give it a try!
Ingredients
