Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy almond butter (no sugar added)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup powdered almond butter - not almond meal- see link above in FAQs
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the almond butter, maple syrup, powdered almond butter and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix until they are fully incorporated.
- Line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners.
- Scoop 1 ½ tgablespon portions into each muffin liner.
- Place in the fridge to set up for about 30 minutes,
- Remove the bites from the muffin tin and place in an airtight container,
- Store in the fridge.
