Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter (no sugar added)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered almond butter - not almond meal- see link above in FAQs
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the almond butter, maple syrup, powdered almond butter and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until they are fully incorporated.
Line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners.
Scoop 1 ½ tgablespon portions into each muffin liner.
Place in the fridge to set up for about 30 minutes,
Remove the bites from the muffin tin and place in an airtight container,
Store in the fridge.
