Yup you read that correctly . . . two ingredient only to make yummy bread. I don't know about you, but I LOVE bread and when I heard about recipes that only took two ingredients, I will admit, I was skeptical. I'm here to tell you these three recipes work. Each one is different using different ingredients but each one is delicious. I hope you'll try one or all three.

Ingredients
Apple Spice Bread
- 1 box Spice Mix
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1 apple (optional)
Ice Cream Bread
- 1 cup ice cream flavor of your choice
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
Yogurt Bread Rolls
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- egg wash (optional)
Instructions
Apple Spice Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix and apple sauce
- If adding apples, chop into small pieces and fold into batter
- Pour batter into a non-stick bread pan.
- Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- yields one loaf
Ice Cream Bread
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, scoop 1 cup of ice cream.
- Allow ice cream to melt at room temperature.
- Once ice cream is melted, add flour
- Mix until ingredients are combined
- Spoon batter into tart pans
- Bake for 20 minutes or until brown
- yields 4 rolls
Yogurt Bread Rolls
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and yogurt.
- Mix until it forms a dough
- Empty onto a floured surface
- Cut into even-sized pieces to form rolls
- Brush each roll with egg wash (if using)
- Bake for 20 minutes until risen and golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold.
- yields 12 mini rolls
Tips
- Even if you're using non-stick pans, spray with cooking spray for easier removal.
- For the ice cream bread, use ice cream that has the least amount of ingredients.
