I stumbled across a cookbook called The Great American Bake Sale by Allison Boteler. It has a ton of treasures inside. I bought this book the year my youngest daughter, Kelsi was born. And I have used it many times over the last 30 years.
So, it was fitting that when Kelsi came home to attend my Dad's Celebration of Life Ceremony, I should make something from it. I settled on this recipe Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Brownies.
I was genuinely surprised how good these tasted. I'm usually not one to like peanut butter in my cakes and brownies. I do however, love Peanut Butter Cookies. This recipe was easy to make and pleasing to the taste buds. If you are looking to try a new recipe, I suggest this one!
