The BEST Italian Pasta Salad
If there is anything that's a must at every backyard BBQ, it's a pasta salad. But not just any pasta salad... one where the acidity from the dressing makes the salad not only refreshing, but adds some contrast to all that richness from the meat. Yup, that's this salad right here!
This is my go-to pasta salad and the best part... you don't need to limit this to just backyard BBQs. Eat it as a side to your weeknight dinner, make it for lunch, or heck, keep it in your fridge and snack on it during the day. Trust me, you won't regret making it!

While the past is cooking and cooling, prep the rest of your ingredients and add them to the cooled pasta.
