There is nothing better than a crockpot recipe, especially in the winter! These crockpot meatballs are similar to Swedish meatballs, but with a little twist using country gravy instead. I know we all especially love crockpot meals where you just throw the ingredients in and forget about it, but unfortunately this recipe does require just a little bit of prep beforehand. It is still super easy to make though and the prep really doesn’t take much time. All you have to do is combine the ground beef with a handful of ingredients, form into meatballs, brown the meatballs, and throw in a crockpot with a gravy mixture. I like to serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie.
