Honey Roasted Pecans in Air Fryer

Sweet crunchy with a hint of cinnamon, these honey roasted pecans in the air fryer are easy to make. This recipe is a simple and quick homemade treat. Ready in under 30 minutes.
Pecans are one of the most eaten nuts in North America and by far one of my favorite nuts to bake with. They are great in pies, muffins, and cookies. Our honey roasted pecans are a great snack or enjoyed as a topping.

- Pecans and walnuts are related
- 2 1/2 cups ( 1 bag 10 oz.) pecans halves
- 1 tablespoon honey room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the pecans and drizzle the honey over them. Mix the pecans with the honey ensuring they are coated.
- Add in cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Mix the pecans with the spices ensuring they are coated.
- Pour into the air fryer basket and cook on the manual setting at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Then, when the pecans have a nice roasted/golden color, pour them into a cookie sheet to cool off. Separate them a little as they will be sticky. Allowing them to cool off they will dry out and become more crispy.
- Store them in an airtight container.

Simple and Easy Air Fryer Roasted Cashews
This is such an easy recipe all you need is an air fryer, a large mixing bowl, a good spatula or big spoon, and a cookie sheet.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups pecans halves (10 oz. bag)
- 1 tablespoon honey room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pecans and honey with a spatula. Mix until the pecans are coated.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt over the pecans and mix until the pecans are evenly coated.
- Pour into the air fryer basket and cook at 300℉ for 5 minutes, shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Continue until you have a nice golden color on the pecans. It took me 13 minutes.
- Pour the honey roasted pecans on a baking sheet and spread them evenly. They will be hot and sticky. Allow them to cool completely before putting them into an airtight container.
- Serve and Enjoy!
