Ingredients

  • 3 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (about 3 medium cucumbers)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 1 medium red onions)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions

Slice the onion into thin slices using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
After washing the cucumbers, then cut them into thin slices.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream or plain greek yogurt, white vinegar, minced fresh dill, granulated sugar, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until combined.
Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion and toss gently to coat.
Top with fresh dill and black pepper as desired.
Serve immediately or cover and chill before serving.
