Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (about 3 medium cucumbers)
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 1 medium red onions)
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh dill
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Slice the onion into thin slices using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
- After washing the cucumbers, then cut them into thin slices.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream or plain greek yogurt, white vinegar, minced fresh dill, granulated sugar, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until combined.
- Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion and toss gently to coat.
- Top with fresh dill and black pepper as desired.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill before serving.
Tips
- Store leftovers, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
