This recipe is so simple and quick to make. The best part, you probably have most of the ingredients in your fridge and pantry now. This healthy meal pairs well with fresh asparagus or brussel sprouts. Quirt the veggies with the lemon and add a little olive oil and parmesan and bake. You can even add the veggies to the saute pan with the salmon and cook them in the wine as well. This recipe really is the perfect excuse to crack open that bottle of white you’ve been eyeing while still keeping on the healthy track.
From our kitchen to yours, cheers!
