10 cookies

One bowl recipes are my absolute favorite because I love having treats that don't require a ton of work (or dishes). This recipe creates a simple chocolate cookie that is easy to make and requires only ONE bowl! It makes a total of 10 cookies so that you can enjoy some for yourself or with family and friends. This is one of my go to recipes for when I'm craving something sweet quick. The cookies are so soft and have such an incredibly rich chocolate flavor . These will be one of those cookies that will disappear in seconds! Let's get baking!

Made these a little smaller and then stuck 2 together with a little butter cream frosting. They were a hit!! Also, made them gluten free and sugar free with the same rave reviews!!
