Quick Banana Nut Muffins “Jersey Girl Knows Best”
Ripe bananas?! Try this quick and easy Banana Nut Muffin recipe using Bisquick! I love a good muffin in the morning ☀️. Ready?! Let’s do this!
Here is the blended ingredients ready for the muffin cups.
I tried out my new silicone muffin cups without a muffin pan and they worked out great! There were no muffin papers to mess around with, but you can go the traditional route of course 😊
These Banana Nut muffins are cooked perfectly. The muffin batter was quick to make thanks to the the Bisquick! I also like that they are a small batch. You can also make them in a mini cupcake pan which would make 12-15 mini muffins. I hope you enjoyed this recipe!

Quick Banana Nut Muffins “Jersey Girl Knows Best”
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/4 walnuts, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. water or milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all dry ingredients, except the walnuts, in a bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl and gently combine into dry ingredients. Fold in the walnuts.
- Fill 6 silicone cupcake liners or cupcake pan with paper liners about 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
