Have you ever had a Crunch Wrap Supreme from Taco Bell? In 1 Crunch Wrap Supreme, there is 1620 mg sodium per wrap. The American Heart Association recommends that we receive less than 2300 mg sodium per day, and less than 1500 mg sodium if we have high blood pressure. This recipe uses lower sodium ingredients plus you can control how much sodium you add. Feel free to add in more vegetables or omit some ingredients to really personalize it. I also use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream for less fat and more protein and probiotics.

Ingredients
Crunch Wrap Supreme (single serving)
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup cooked ground turkey with taco seasoning
- 1 small tostada shell
- 1-2 tbsp queso
- 1-2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tbsp salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
Crunch Wrap Supreme (single serving)
- In middle of flour tortilla, spread queso and top with ground turkey
- Place tostada shell in the middle of the large flour tortilla on top of queso and turkey mixture
- Top cold ingredients on top of corn tortilla (starting with Greek yogurt, then lettuce, salsa, cheese, etc)
- Do not over fill
- Fold tortilla over in a hexagon shape
- Cook in large pan for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned

- Personalize ingredients to your liking
- Have all ingredients laid out for easy assembly
