Rice cooker can make bread/cake?! Yes, it can.
Every other weekend, it my favorite things to do to bake a carrot cake bread for breakfast, snack or on the roads. It’s so easy and worry free! I called it energy bread!

Ingredients
- One peeled banana
- 1/2 melted coconut oil
- 5 shelled walnut
- 1/3 cup black sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Two carrots shredded
- 1/2 tea spoon sea salt
- 1 tea spoon baking power
- 1 tea spoon baking soda
- 1cup maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
Instructions
- Prepared two mixing bowls, put wet ingredients in one bowl and mixed it well, mixed well dry ingredients in other bowls
- Shift the dry ingredients into mixed ingredients and mixed it until it smooth
- Rubbing some coconut oil in the rice cooker
- Pour the mixture
- Set the settings in the rice cook
- When the timer on the rice cooker is done, put a chopstick into the cake bread if it came out with wet mixture on it that means it need more time then press the same setting again and wait until it finish. Don’t worry it won’t burn it will cook again with shorter time. If the chopstick came out dry means it is ready.
