Infused Waters

We've been hovering around 105 - 107 degrees the past week or so. Yes, we each are going through our share of water, but sometimes you just want something with a little flavor.
Enter Infused Waters!
Benefits: Hydrating, Refreshing, Detoxifying
1) If using herbs, add a fresh sprig to jar. Press and twist with wooden spoon to bruise leaves enough to release flavor. Take care not to smash herbs to bits.
2) Add approx. 2 cups of fruit into gallon jar. Press and twist with wooden spoon just enough for the fruit to start to release some of their juices.
3) Fill jar with ice cubes.
4) Add water to top of jar.
5) Cover and let sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld before drinking. Stir and pour yourself a refreshing glass
Pour into pitcher, if desired. Would you like to see the other flavors we like - me too! They're here
Last but not least, Orange Mint!
