  • 1 large yam, washed, peeled, and sliced into long fries
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).
Place the sliced yam fries in a large bowl and toss them with olive oil until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the cornstarch over the fries and toss to create a light coating.
