Instructions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.

    I prick the potatoes and microwave for 3 minutes and then place in the air fryer with olive oil and salt. Makes them perfect in much shorter time.

    I always prick my potatoes and microwave for 3 minutes before I put In the oven. It seems like it would be the same for the air fryer. Great suggestion.
