What could possible be better for a Halloween kid dinner than mummy hot dogs. They are a blast to make and super yummy. Whether you are looking for a meal to create before Trick-or-Treating or to serve at a Halloween party, these are perfect. There are only a few ingredients needed and zero prep time so this Halloween dinner idea is simple too. Let’s make them.
Ingredients Needed for Mummy Hot Dogs
- Hot Dogs (Can Be and Kind or Variety)
- Bread Dough from the Refrigerator Section of the Grocery Store
- Candy Eyes
Ingredients
- hot dogs
- refrigerated French Bread loaf
- candy eyes
- Cut the bread dough in thin strips.
- Wrap the hot dogs in the strips. (Kids love doing this part)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Add the candy eyes with either ketchup or peanut butter (or just place them on)
My kids like to dip them in ketchup so they look bloody. I couldn’t bring myself to photograph such horror. Ha ha ha! Here they are served with the other recipes and ideas I have shared on the blog. The Jack-O-Lantern hard boiled eggs are another really fun healthy snack to make for kids for Halloween celebrations.
