Canadian thanksgiving has just passed which gave me the opportunity to perfect my turkey recipe. I find that turkey can sometimes be too dry so using the perfect recipe is so important and is the key to ensuring that the main protein of the night is a success and all of your guests leave happy and full. I will only have turkey for thanksgiving and Christmas so I need to make sure that is as good as I hope! I like to get a medium sized turkey even though my family is small because I love having leftovers for sandwiches.
