Ingredients
Spinach Cream Cheese Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach (lightly sautéed or raw)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Complete Seasoning
  • Optional Add-ins for extra flavor:
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Chicken Breast
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional )
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Complete seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ac’cent
  • Toothpicks (to seal chicken, optional)
Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of garlic
French Style Green Beans
  • 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Season Salt , complete seasoning and Ac’cent to taste
Instructions
Chicken Breast
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, seasoning salt, Complete Seasoning and Ac’cent Mix until well blended. Add parsley or lemon zest if using.
Prepare the chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry. Using a sharp knife, slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast—be careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff the chicken:
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each chicken breast. Secure with toothpicks if needed to keep the filling inside.
Season the outside:
Brush the chicken with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake:
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
Rest and serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks. Serve hot with jasmine rice and green beans.
Jasmine Rice
Rinse rice under cold water.
In a saucepan, bring water, butter, garlic powder and salt to a boil.
Add rice, stir once, cover, and reduce heat to low.
Simmer 15 minutes, then remove from heat and let sit (covered) 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a skillet, heat oil or butter. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add green beans, toss for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season to taste.
Tips
  • If you don’t have fresh Green Beans the canned French Green Beans canned can be used
  • To Add spice pepper flakes or any Hot Sauce can be used
