Easy Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie
I have been loving my cock pot lately, I feel like I've rediscovered it now that I am back at work and need some easy meals for the fam! Plus its perfect now that the weather is getting cooler to get something warm and yummy in the bellies!
I started by adding cooked chicken breast from the night before. I would normally just use raw and it will cook in the crock pot but I had some left over breasts.
Then I poured a can of soup over the chicken. I was actually looking for cream of celery or potato but this was the closest I found.
I chopped up some yellow onion, carrots, celery and potatoes and threw them in.
I also added some frozen corn.
I cooked on high for 4 hours.
I didnt feel like much seasoning was necessary since the can of soup already has spices but you can add salt and pepper to taste.
Then shredded the cooked chicken.
I baked some crescent roles on the side and it turned out to be an inverted Chicken pot pie!
The family did not complain :)
