  • pasta of choice
  • Chicken breast
  • Oil of choice
  • Seasonings: paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper
  • 1 lime
  • heavy whipping cream
  • light cream cheese
  • Tomato paste
  • Garlic cloves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • spinach
Instructions
Chicken
Cube your chicken
1tsp olive oil
Season with 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
1tsp paprika
2 tsp of Cajun seasoning
squeeze lime
Creamy pasta
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp of light cream cheese
2 tbsp of tomato paste
4 garlic cloves
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
Add salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of pasta water
1 cup of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
handful of spinach
Tips
  • Make sure to save some pasta water! Will help thicken the sauce
  • I used protein pasta!
  • this is a great recipe to meal prep for the week!
