Pumpkin Donut Holes
The next few months are all about pumpkin, right? These pumpkin donut holes have a secret way to make them, which makes them the easiest treat you’ll make all fall. They stay moist for days and are perfect for little (and big) hands! The only problem I have is I can’t stop it just a few

Add all the dry ingredients listed into a large mixing bowl

Ingredients
for the donut holes
- I I/2 cups flour
- I/2 cup sugar
- i Tsp baking powder
- I/2 Tsp salt
- 2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
- I Isp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
For the sugar coating
- Half a cup of butter melted
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
Instructions
To make the donut holes
- Preheat oven to 350°
- and a large mixing bowl stirred together the first six ingredients
- Then make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the five wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Generously spray a mini muffin tin with no nonstick spray
- And add 1 tablespoon and a half of the mix to each of the muffin wells
- Big for 8 to 9 minutes, the muffins should spring back when you press on them
To coat the donut holes
- Mix the sugar coating ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside
- Place all of the donut holes in the melted butter, gently mix them in so that all are coded with the butter
- Then place the donut holes into the sugar cinnamon mix, and again mix them all around so that they are all coated.
