italian breadcrumbs, black pepper, 1 egg, paprika, Italian seasoning, cilantro, cumin, coriander, cayenne, salt

once you’ve seasoned your meatballs go ahead and roll them up into balls and and them into the pan with your choice of oil, cook them on medium high

They should look like this when done cooking !

Ingredients
Meatball time !
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • Handful of cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper & salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
Instructions
Cooking the meatballs
Assemble your meatballs in a pan over your choice of oil
I used olive oil
cook meatballs on each side for about 6-7 min
flip them over on each side until they are fully cooked
once cooked set them aside! I sprinkled some Parmesan’ cheese over them
sides
For the sides I went ahead and used brown riced and quinoa from seeds of change !
I also did some lemon potatoes
cucumber, cherry tomatoes & diced a purple onion & squeezed a lemon over it !
also got some pita bread.
Tips
  • You can choose whatever meat you like! Ground chicken, ground turkey ! The options are endless!
  • make sure you preheat the pan before adding your meatballs in!
