Stuffed Hamburger Recipe
Cheese stuffed hamburgers are all the rave!
Making a stuffed hamburger really isn’t all too difficult, the trick is not to be too-too gentle with it.
When I first tried to make a stuffed hamburger, I assembled it quite carefully, the trick is just to pinch the edges well and then slap it together with your hands so it doesn’t come apart when you grill it.
First you'll add all the ingredients to the ground beef and mix it all up.
Next, make twice as many small patties as burgers you intend to make. They'll go together like a sandwich!
Add your cheese and filling, then put the two halves together. Smack it, around in your hands, pinch the edges and make it into one burger!
Pinching the burger edges only gets you so far, slap and shape the burger together with your hands – and don’t be gentle about it!
Cook the burgers to your liking on the grill.
Enjoy a nice big stuffed burger sandwiched on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of toppings.
