Mango Avocado Salsa

This is the perfect salsa to make if you are hosting friends or just serving for dinner. I love topping it on salmon, tacos, or just as a healthier snack option for chips and "salsa". This is the perfect snack / addition to your meal with the freshest ingredients. I will be sitting on my back porch eating this all summer.


Since avocados are in use, I recommend eating right away. It does not taste the same the next day unfortunately. You can also halve the recipe for individual use.

Ingredients
Mango Avocado Salsa
  • 1 mango, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
Instructions
Mango Avocado Salsa
After finely chopping each ingredient, mix everything together in a large serving bowl
Add a pinch of salt and pepper for further flavor
Tips
  • I have used frozen mango or you can use fresh mango
