Similar to a hamburger helper, this bacon cheeseburger pasta is perfect for meal prep. It is even better reheated and is a great comfort meal that is packed with around fifty grams of protein. You could even increase the amount of protein by adding in some cottage cheese, using Fairlife milk instead of regular milk, or by using beef bone broth instead of regular beef broth. My husband and I like to make this pasta pretty basic, but you could also add in tomatoes, zucchini, or whatever veggies you think sound good. Either way, it’s super easy and quick to make so you have to add it to your rotation!
