The volcano sauce you will need the following:
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp of honey (I like to drizzle a little extra honey once the sauce is simmering for some extra sweetness)
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp of red chili flakes
1 tbsp of parsley

Ingredients
Everything you will need for this recipe
- 1lbs of shrimp (I get mine peeled & deveined)
- buffalo sauce
- brown sugar
- Sriracha
- Rice vinegar
- Honey
- Garlic
- Unsalted butter
- Red chili flakes
- Parsley
- Cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- serve shrimp with White rice (optional)
- seasonings (salt, pepper, chili flakes, old bay seasoning, cayenne pepper)
Instructions
Volcano Sauce
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Shrimp breading
- You need about 1 1/2 cups of cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- 1 lbs of shrimp
- season your cornstarch with salt, black pepper and dash of cayenne pepper.
- make sure your shrimp is clean and seasoned! I used Old bay seasoning for my shrimp.
- dip your shrimp to the egg mixture then the cornstarch and off to the pan with oil, use whatever oil you like! I used avocado oil.
Tips
- I love to add a little bit of parsley & chili flakes when I have plated the food, also feel free to pair this with some vegetable egg rolls or crab ragoons from your favorite takeout spot :)
