I seriously can’t stop staring at this beautiful strawberry salad! Panera's strawberry poppyseed salad is one of my favorites, and after having one recently, I was inspired to try making my own poppyseed dressing. If you've had Panera's poppyseed dressing, you know it's incredible.. but really sweet. I felt like it must've had a lot of refined sugar and even many of the store bought poppyseed dressings I found included a lot of refined sugar. I realized if I wanted to add it to my salads regularly, I'd personally rather have a healthier version instead. This lighter version is made out of just a few simple ingredients and will be super easy to whip up!

Sounds easy enough, I could even do it!
Sometimes I think I could eat rubber if it had poppyseed dressing on it.
I will definitely be giving this one a try.
