Vanilla Peanut Butter Whip
There is nothing better than easy, high protein snacks that also happen to taste delicious.
This is a simple recipe to whip up, and it the perfect blend of sweet and salty.
The key is to make sure you are using a high quality nonfat Greek yogurt to get the benefit of the protein without the added fat.
Vanilla is my personal favorite, but strawberry, raspberry, cinnamon, and blueberry also tastes really good.
For a dairy free version consider using almond or coconut yogurt.

Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt * *For DF use almond or coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Add 1/2 c of nonfat Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
- Mix 1 tbsp peanut butter into the yogurt.
Freezing Instructions
- Place in the freezer until ahrd and enjoy as a frozen snack.
