Spicy Feta Dip
Does anyone else love feta as much as I do? This spicy feta dip is for you then! Think salty feta with a kick. Ugh, I can eat this by the spoon full, I did actually today after making it. Whoops. It’s so good though. No shame at all because its worth it. I just couldn’t wait for the pita chips to get out.
I love this as a snack to watch a movie or game.
From our kitchen to yours, cheers!
It’s always a hit in the summer as an alternative to a cheese plate. This can be served with pita chips, carrots, celery, cucumbers, anything really. It’s a refreshing taste your friends will appreciate from the typical cheese plate or dip.
Recently we made healthy mediterranean bowls and topped it off with this spicy feta dip. Instead of just topping that with feta, it gave it a punch of flavor. Phillip and I have used this as a spread on a veggie filled sandwich. You can add it on many things, I wonder how it would if we broke it down to a sauce? Mmm, with some linguine and capers. Maybe a little chicken mixed in as well. Writing that down to make soon!

This sounds delicious! I’m going to try it. What kind of red peppers do you use? Already roasted? Thank you!
