A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with histamine intolerance - which for me, as an upcoming chef and food blogger, was an actual nightmare. Fortunately, as time went by, I learned how to live with it and and what was bad or good for my body and digestion. In some ways it actually had a positive effect on me and my diet because I had to learn how to prepare some alternative meals. Pizza, of course, was on the blacklist, so I had to come up with an alternative solution. But the thing: pizza just can't be replaced. Therefore, I created a version, which my body could more easily digest. I truly hope that there are some people who I can help with this recipe.
No Yeast Pizza Dough🍕
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3-4 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, knead for a couple minutes. Let it sit a little bit (about 10 minutes).
- On a floured surface roll it out as much as you can. Bake with tomato sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings on it for about 15 minutes at 200C.

I use self fusing flour and yogurt. -1+ 1/3 flour to a cup of yogurt. Mix until not sticky. Roll out to a pizza shape on a lightly oiled pan. Bake at 375 a few minutes, then add sauce and cheese and toppings. Bake for 15 more minutes. Enjoy. I use non fat yogurt but any yogurt works.
I have never even heard of self fusing flour in my entire life! Could you please explain what it is, and maybe post a link to someplace I can buy it too? I'm intrigued by almost anything that's new to me especially something so potentially useful.
