Flat Bread Pizza From Scratch

I made a flat bread the other day and it was amazing! So I decided to make another one with a home made pesto as well.
I really feel like the secret to its success was home made pizza dough. I combined 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon dry yeast and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. I combined it all together until the dough formed, kneading for 10 minutes.
Let it rise for 2 hours before rolling out.
While that was rising, I made the pesto in a food processer. Turns out, pesto is basically just any herb, garlic, oil, salt and any nut. I had cilantro and cashews, so that's what we went with.
Roll the dough out as thin as possible then bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes flipping in between.
It might start to bubble but that will go down once its flipped.
Time for the toppings!
I went with my cilantro pesto, burrata, sliced tomatoes and sliced persimmons and drizzled with balsamic reduction.
