Eggless Chocolate Banana Walnut Cake
As often I bake tea time cakes for my family & everyone enjoy a slice of it with a cup of hot tea or coffee. I just love baking in weekend and stock it for a week. Baked this amazing Eggless Chocolate Banana Walnut Cake for my elder sister, she just love anything made with Chocolate and banana. I baked it late night for her and gave her a surprise by sending this cake in the midnight. As she was awake and busy with her office work, she was completely blown away by the surprise and couldn't believe it for a while and was very very happy 😁. So it made my night!!!
In this recipe, I have used overriped bananas which adds natural sweetener to the cake & makes the cake spongy & soft too. This Eggless Chocolate Banana Cake is made with wheat flour, jaggery powder, ripe banana, yogurt & Cocoa Powder. This cake has and can be enjoyed at any time of the day or whenever craving for sugar.
It's an amazing cake which is as delicious at every bite & trust me it can be enjoyed without a guilt in your cheat days as well.

What is jaggery powder?
Wheat flour makes a very heavy cake, how about half wheat and half regular flour?
