I have a confession to make, my family doesn't eat enough fruit. Nothing brings this point home more than blackening bananas in my fruit bowl.

But instead of just throwing them away as I usually do and feeling horrible that I am wasting food, I decided to take action and actually do something with them.

And if you don't know me by now, you should know that I am super lazy, which is why I was so happy to stumble on this easy 3 ingredient banana bread recipe, because 3 ingredients means less cleanup.

I'm happy to report that my laziness paid off and this banana bread is super moist and flavorful and is perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

I hope you enjoy the comfort of this easy, delicious bread as much as I did.

Before the bananas get to the point of no return, throw them in the freezer! Even if it's just one or two, they'll add up over time and, eventually you'll have enough to make one - or more - banana breads. Just thaw them out and you're good to go!
