Strawberry mango tajin margarita mocktails are an easy fruity beverage for summer enjoyment. Make them in minutes with an immersion blender or a blender.

This mocktail was inspired by the drinks served at my favorite resort in Mexico In fact, they like to pour separate mango and strawberry margaritas together side by side in a glass with the fun name: “Mango Tango”.

a glass with a frozen margarita: it is mango on the left side and strawberry on the right side.

But to make this quick and easy, you can just mix these two fruits together in the blender.

Why Is Recipe So Good?

Alcohol-free – it’s perfectly tasty without any alcohol!

Light and refreshing – made with fresh fruit instead of a premade sugary mix with only about 50 calories per serving.

Ingredients for Strawberry Mango Tajin Margarita Mocktails
frozen strawberry and mango pieces on glass plate.
  • Fresh limes
  • Tajin seasoning – this is a chili lime seasoning. I use low sodium but use the regular type if you can’t find it.
  • Orange sparkling water
  • Mango – fresh or frozen. For this recipe, I chose frozen fruit so it is consistent and quick, without needing to remove the skin and pit.
  • Strawberries – fresh or frozen
  • Ice chips
  • Maple syrup

How to Make These Mocktails

  • Cut a small wedge of lime and squeeze it around the rim of 2 glasses. Squeeze the juice 2 limes.
  • Sprinkle a teaspoon of low-sodium Tajin seasoning onto a separate plate. Swish the rims of the glasses in the Tajin to coat them.
  • If using frozen fruit, microwave it for about 30 seconds first. Place the strawberries, mango, maple syrup, sparkling water, and ice chips in the blender or blender cup.

  • Blend for about 10 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
  • If you don’t want a spiced rim, you could use sugar or coarse salt instead.

Low Alcohol Version

Add 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) each of tequila and triple sec. If you don’t have triple sec available, try a different orange liquor like Cointreau or Grand Marnier (which includes cognac). Then decrease the orange sparkling water from one cup to three-quarters of a cup.

Tips
  • The nutrition estimate is from Spoonacular and is based on mainly the USDA database. However, it does not include the low sodium Tajin, which adds 240 mg. of sodium in a half of a teaspoon, more than enough for 2 glasses.
