Add 1 ½ teaspoons of blackberry simple syrup into the glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
Hint: For a stronger blackberry flavor, add it into the glass first so the liquid mixes up well without having to stir and lose bubbles.
Due to the effervescent nature of this cocktail, we recommend serving it immediately to preserve as many bubbles as possible. It is best consumed fresh, and served in a champagne coupe or champagne flute. We do not recommend storing a fully assembled cocktail, since the bubbles will become flat and change the flavor and consistency of the drink.
