Sesame Crusted Tofu
This dinner was an absolute delight and I can’t wait too share it with you✨
Sesame crusted tofu, crunchy golden and delicious. I served this tofu with some nutty brown rice and some homemade asian infused slaw, and boy did it work wonders.
SO let me explain this tofu to you. Tofu is a great absorber of flavour and holds all the moisture from the marinade. ITs coated in a thick crust of black and white sesame seeds, which bring a lovely crunch when biting though the pieces. Underneath its infused with a sweet and tangy flavour from the marinade, which lingers in your mouth afterwards. An ultimate weekend treat, or show stopper dish for your dinner party.
