I've never made stuffed meat pastries before but I decided to give it a shot with matzo meal and it totally slammed! Picture a matzo ball and a burger had a baby if you will.

Start with 1/3 cup olive oil.

Bring it to a boil.

Then you will need 1 1/4 matzo cake meal, which is basically milled matzo bread to make it into a powder similar to flour.

Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar and salt and let it cool for 15 minutes.

Wisk 3 eggs and add it to the cooled mixture.

Mix it all together and set aside.

Now for the meat, use 1/2 package of ground beef and chop yellow onion, garlic, salt, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to make it moist. Add some broth and let it sit for a few hours or over night.

Wet your hands and take the matzo dough so it doesn't stick. Roll it into a ball flatten it in your palm.

Take a ball of meat and place it in the middle.

cover it up and if need be add a little more dough to cover.

Sprinkle with a little everything seasoning. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Let them cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
