I have been loving rosemary lately, and this Rosemary Maple Dijon Chicken recipe made me love it even more. Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Rosemary
Instructions

Combine 2 Tbsp. of the olive oil, syrup, mustard, vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl.
Slice chicken breast in half or pound until about 1 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 min per side or until browned
Turn heat down to medium low; Add sauce, wine and rosemary to skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until sauce has thickened a bit and chicken is cooked through.
