I have been loving rosemary lately, and this Rosemary Maple Dijon Chicken recipe made me love it even more. Rosemary Maple Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- Combine 2 Tbsp. of the olive oil, syrup, mustard, vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Slice chicken breast in half or pound until about 1 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 min per side or until browned
- Turn heat down to medium low; Add sauce, wine and rosemary to skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until sauce has thickened a bit and chicken is cooked through.

- Store leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 3-4 days
