You will need: wild rice blend, butter or olive oil, onion, celery, garlic, cream cheese (I use Tofutti dairy free cream cheese), milk (or non dairy milk), chicken broth, Italian seasoning, Salt, pepper, chicken breast, parsley, Carrots and dried cranberries.

In a large pot, on medium high heat, add butter or olive oil, onion, seasonings, garlic, carrots and celery.
Cook vegetables 3-5 minutes.

- 1 T Dried Onion
- 3 Celery stalks, diced
- 1 t Garlic, minced
- 2 pkgs Cream Cheese (I use Tofutti dairy free cream cheese)
- 1/2 c 1/2 cup milk (or non dairy milk)
- 1/3 c Chicken Broth
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- 2 c Chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1/2 c Carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 T Fresh parsley or rosemary
Instructions
- In a large pot, on medium high heat, add butter or olive oil, onion, seasonings, garlic, carrots and celery.
- Cook vegetables 3-5 minutes.
- Add the rice and chicken stock.Cover. Cook according to package directions.
- After the rice is cooked.
